Refund policy
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following stipulations, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
In the case of contracts for the delivery of goods, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
For contracts for the delivery of data that is not on a physical data carrier and that is produced and provided in digital form (digital content), the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Schau auf's Land GSR OG, Färbergasse 6, 8010 Graz, Austria, Tel.: +43 316 232188, email: box@schauaufsland.at) a clear statement (e.g B. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model cancellation form for this, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will owe you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than that offered by us, have chosen the cheapest standard delivery) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment.
In the case of contracts for the delivery of goods, we may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to any member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
Unless otherwise agreed, there is no right of cancellation for contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities if the contract stipulates a specific date or period for the provision. Thereafter, a right of cancellation is also excluded for contracts involving the sale of tickets for time-bound leisure events.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the provision of digital content if we have started to fulfill the contract after you have expressly agreed that we will start to fulfill the contract before the end of the cancellation period, you have confirmed to us that you are aware that you you lose your right of withdrawal through your consent at the beginning of the fulfillment of the contract, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium, in which the content of the contract including the aforementioned requirements for the premature expiration of the right of withdrawal are available.
General information on returning goods
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
